Application solution

HF-1000 Large-Panel Heat Transfer Solution

A large-surface transfer route using a moving workbench, pressure-controlled heated roller, horizontal transfer module and coordinated film handling.

Solution overview

Production requirements

Large flat or gently contoured parts require stable contact pressure and controlled travel across a wider print area.

Process

  1. 01

Place and locate the part on the workbench.

  2. 02

Move the workbench into the transfer position.

  3. 03

Lower the heated roller and establish stable contact.

  4. 04

Drive the horizontal module through the transfer stroke.

  5. 05

Separate and rewind the film, then return the mechanisms.

Selection notes

Configuration details

  • Product size, surface geometry and required print area must fit the confirmed machine configuration.
  • Temperature, pressure, speed and cycle time are set during sample trials.
  • Parts that may bend under pressure require additional fixture support.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which products suit this route?

It is intended for larger flat or gently contoured surfaces that can be supported and moved through a controlled roller-transfer stroke.

Why is fixture support important?

The fixture keeps the surface stable so roller pressure is distributed consistently without deforming the part.

Can the film route use photoelectric registration?

Photoelectric registration can be evaluated when the transfer film provides a suitable mark and stable sensing condition.
