Application solution

HF-100EC Compact Contour Hot Stamping Solution

A compact semi-automatic route for round and contour-following hot stamping on small parts, including R-corner surfaces.

Solution overview

Production requirements

Small products with round surfaces or edge radii need a fixture and stamping structure that can maintain contact while the part rotates.

Process

  1. 01

Install the product fixture and set the mechanical limits.

  2. 02

Thread foil and select round or contour-following mode.

  3. 03

Lower the heated roller onto the supported product.

  4. 04

Rotate the fixture through the required stamping path and rewind the foil.

Selection notes

Configuration details

  • Contour-following feasibility depends on the part radius, support and accessible stamping path.
  • Foil compatibility and surface preparation must be checked with the actual material.
  • The machine is semi-automatic and requires operator loading and unloading.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between round and contour-following modes?

Round mode follows a regular circular path. Contour-following mode is used when the roller must follow a suitable edge radius or changing contact geometry.

Does every R-corner part fit the same fixture?

Fixture support and the stamping path are matched to the product geometry.

Can a sample be tested before configuration?

Yes. Sample testing is used to confirm contact, foil release and visible edge quality.
